All rise! The Talking Heads Radio Show Community Court of Public Opinion is now in session! Do you have a customer service complaint about business you recently visited? Email or give us a call! Relate the poor experience. Then, one of our three judges (JLynn, Nat, or Cookie) will call the merchant, explain the situation, and gentle bully the merchant into making it right by making a donation. The size of the “fine” will depend on the egregiousness of the action or lack thereof. But don’t worry, this will be documented. Merchants who successfully pay their fine will receive a certificate ranging from bronze to diamond that they must display publically for 30 days. The level of donation corresponds to the color of certificate: Bronze >$500; Silver $500+; Gold $1k+; Platinum $5k+; Diamond $10k+.
